Outside tap #273

All about cooling have arrived this morning to do aircon service. Have busted the tap off the wall outside near bin area. I have got them to turn it off at the main. I have called Plumbcall as it was 7:55am and real estate would not answer. I will call Richard from Knight Frank to reimburse us for plumber.

Fixed. Have forwarded invoice to Richard at Knight Frank
