chinese still didnt work in huds #157

the font files of the swf were not including Chinese words letter. to fix this issue, use a full Chinese words letter font files in swf ,such as Microsoft Yahei font.

Argggg -- Ok, I'll fix this right now -- I'll even load my steam into Chinese and test

Dota needs a 1gb update, sigh, this is gonna take longer then expected -- will post back when I've tested this :P

I just noticed those two buttons at the top aren't translated -- I don't really care -- this hud is being released eventually anyways -- at least I now know how to do translations correctly with flash :P
