CreateEvent: event "afs_timer_update" not registered still showing after setting the cvars correctly #193

I've set both cvars the way they should be and all the those afs events are still unregistered... what's the problem? The CreateEvent warnings show a few times after a client connects and then the server crashes according to https://github.com/ash47/Frota/issues/192 . I want my server to work :(
