Can you do it for the video calls? I saw a youtube named Hyphonix do it

This tool is not maintained and hasn't been updated to support the new Omegle video protocol

You just literally have two tabs open and use a virtual webcam like manycam or obs Virtual cam to stream the two inputs together, then use Virtual audio cables to send the audio to each other
