Update theme premium_classic #85

Update the premium_classic.css wicked pdf stylesheet andlayouts/resumes/premium_classic_components/index to reflect the updated design. Use only as a reference for the layout. Eyeball the rest for an MVP

This is an existing template so no need to create new files just update existing ones. Replace colors if needed. Ensure it can be downloaded as pdf.

@ykomarlu whenever ur done ur ticket - could you review this one. No rush.

In case ur system can't render this template (i think ur missing it) just run this rake task from root of your project:

bundle exec rake themes:create_names this will update ur db with any missing templates.
