85 update the template for premium classic, just make it look a bit nicer and aligned with rest of the application - ready for production - we can refine it further down the line.

I disabled the render preview urls as they are getting kinda pricy - i had upgraded the instance type so the QA server url will use the same type as the paid actual instance - we can re-activate on an as needed basis - not needed for UI design updates.
