First input of form not showing in ie #79

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In Internet explorer (ie6/7/8) creating a form within a rounded corner
div the first input disappears.
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see input box, It looks like it is there, but disappears when the
javascript cuts in. This is really noticeable when loading into ie8 locally
when the javascript is initially disabled. The input box is present. Enable
javascript, the curly corners appear, and the input box disappears.
In all other browsers (FF, Opera and Chrome) the form displays as expected.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CC 2.0.4. Reproducible on Vista and XP

Please provide any additional information below.
I have attached a cut down example form.

Thank you for taking the trouble to provide a helpful test page. I'm able to
confirm that this problem is resolved in the latest version of CC available
from the repository, see
