Support kotest configurations #118

With this Plugin you get a new configuration called kotest. Unfortunately there is no support for the EnvFile, which would be very handy to have.

Hi @ashald, would you be open to a PR for this feature request? I would like to take a look. However, I need to know you have time eventually for review and release. I have to learn a bit about the plugin SDK and I want to avoid spending time for no result. 🙂
