I tried with both "Gem" command and "Rails" and the env vars from the files won't load. Tried to check "Experimental integration" but it didn't help.

Versions: RubyMine 2022.3.1 Plugin version 3.4.1 macOS Monterey 12.1 (21C52) Chip Apple M1 Pro Memory 16 GB
