4 years ago DONE: for dynarray: make it flat by default (cf. current binheap!)
for binheap
- remove the "capacity" index of binheap
- not possible right away (until we move binheap to dynarray-based) for binheap
- build binheap on top of dynarray
- issues: need to work with one more un-initialized element while pushing into heap
This is from the old code (in playground).
