iOS/Android support? #92

I'm curious if BLUI/Chromium can be ran on ARM/mobile.

unfortunately it is not possible for this software to run on Android of iOS at the moment. CEF3 (the chromium framework that the plugin relies on) has not been ported to theses systems, and doing so would require effort far beyond what I could muster right now!
