Upgrade to Yunoost 11.X

Describe the bug

Yunohost diagnosis states : restic YNH app is for yunohost <=3, which induces that it is not updated since long time.

French error message while goind to diag section:

_La version installée de cette application nécessite uniquement YunoHost >= 2.x ou 3.x, ce qui tend à indiquer qu'elle n'est pas à jour _avec les pratiques recommandées de packaging et des helpers . Vous devriez vraiment envisager de la mettre à jour.

Context

• Hardware: VPS bought online
• YunoHost version: 11.0.9.12
• I have access to my server: Through SSH | through the webadmin
• Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance?: no
• Using, or trying to install package version/branch: stable

Steps to reproduce

• Install restic from repository
• In my case, ensure that there is no update (as of 2022-09-03) available for YNH or Restic.

Indeed, I haven't updated the app for a long time. I haven't upgraded my YNH server to the latest version so I can't test restic against it yet. As soon as I'm ready to upgrade YNH I'll upgrade the package as well.
