Hi

I am trying to configure ZAP when using a proxy

I have configured ZAP using as proxy localhost 8080

Browser proxy is also using as proxy localhost:8080

Traffic is correctly redirected through ZAP, but, i am having this response

ZAP Error [java.net.UnknownHostException]: zap.com

Response received is

HTTP/1.1 502 Bad Gateway
Content-Length: 49
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8

I am using ZAP 2.4.0 under Windows 7

Thanks

Which URL are you accessing, in the browser, when that happens?

Any url. Google.com for example. Looks like it is not able to connect outside
the network, as i cant configure that proxy inside the tool
I mean, i can use zap as a proxy, but cant tell zap to use another proxy

OK, you can configure an outgoing proxy in "Connection" [1] options panel.
