Request is to add a feature to automatically URL encode when modifying 
parameter values in intercepted requests.

You are referring to just query parameters, right?

Sorry for my wrong wording. It can be anything like GET, POST params, HTTP 
Request headers, Cookies. It would be helpful when testing for XSS where we 
manually enter payloads. Yes, we have an encoder available in toolset, but it 
would be fast to test if it automatically encodes what we enter.
