ZAP Slow response #1661

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Changed Firefox proxy to Manual proxy 8089 port
2.Started ZAP.
3.Browse application

What do you see instead?
Error message: ZAP Error [java.net.SocketTimeoutException]: Read timed out

What is the expected output? 
Application toload

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.4.0
