Cannot download Open Sauce from Google Code website.

What did the Exception Report say (if this was on Windows)? Include Fault
Executable Name and Offset.

What steps will reproduce the problem? If this happened in a command line
program, GIVE US THE COMMAND LINE ARGUMENTS YOU USED!
1. Click on Downloads Section
2. Choose Open Sauce V3.1 from the list of downloads
3. Click on download link to attempt the download

None, except I cannot download the Open Sauce files. Nothing else can be done.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Windows 7-64 bit, Firefox V32.0.3

Please provide any additional information below. E.g. PC specs

i7 Core, 16GBs of RAM, Gefore GTX 560M.

I am still attempting to download the Open Sauce V3.1 files for usage with Halo 
CE 1.09, but cannot at the current time.

Forgot to mention this but every time I try to download the Open Sauce V3.1 
files; it states that the "Connection was Interrupted", and thus the file 
failed to download.
