VISR not functioning on Nick's maps #41

What did the Exception Report say? No exception report because it didn't 
exception.

What steps will reproduce the problem? If this happened in a command line
program, GIVE US THE COMMAND LINE ARGUMENTS YOU USED!
1. Download Nick's new maps.
2. Start Halo CE.
3. Start Celer Exile ODST V2.
4. Test VISR with Q.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I except to see VISR functioning correctly. However, instead it doesn't work at 
all and flashlight is shown instead.
CMT SPV3 T&R VISR, on the other hand, functions correctly.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using 3.0.3, the latest version, on Windows XP SP3.
It may be because Nick's using a version of VISR that requires a higher shader 
version as my graphics card is an old DX9 card, though it is top of the range, 
the 9800GT.

Please provide any additional information below. E.g. PC specs
My specs are as follows:
Windows XP SP3.
2.6 Dual Core Processor.
Nvidia Geforce 9800GT.
4GB DDR2 RAM.
300GB HDD
Dunno about CD Drive.

RAM, HDD, and CD Drive are irrelevant I know.

Nevermind, Nick just set up VISR incorrectly. It's run through a console 
command, which he incorrectly wrote in the readme, rather than Q.
