No Scripts available in project_yellow_globals #68

There are no available scripts during Sapien that are new, nor any Project 
Yellow Globals scripts showing.  Script blocks are empty.

BTW: Where's Scenario Faux Zones?

New script functions/globals can't be used in the tools as they're not 
implemented

The script blocks are internal information only, they're not suppose to have 
anything in them while editing

We never announced any support for them for 3.1
