HUD Scaling Chat Location #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start game.
2. Set multiple-monitor resolution. Possibly triple-monitor resolution.
3. Join multiplayer game.
4. Enable HUD Scaling.
5. Press a talk key (t, y, k).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Chat menu opens on the far bottom-left corner of the left screen. It should 
open centered on the middle screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v3.0, Windows 7
