Is it possible to include remote port aswell?

Thanks for submitting this. I will add it to my todo list.

In the meantime, I recommend using a tool like Process Hacker which is a GUI-based process manager, but the Network tab shows the info you might be looking for.

Will keep the issue open until the update has completed.
