Description As a public relations person of a club, I want to be able to post club announcements and events to improve patronage of club activities

Enhancements

• write HTML and PHP code to accept information about a news post
• create an upload picture function on the homepage for posters
• expand database to include more space for news information
• design new user interface to display pop-up for posting information
• connect displayed form to database using php

Test Criteria

• pop-up form is display when function is clicked
• user is able to write into database once from input is submitted
• updated information from the database is can be viewed on the homepage
