New Y3 function #2

As of right now, the complex function response variable (y3) isn't exactly what is needed. Need to have more curves and less obvious relationships that cannot be modeled with a simple regression.

Made a new Y3 variable. Could have used some more work, but at the very least there's no concern about removed values.
