Wrong prayer timings calculation for locations with negative longitude #6

If the longitude is negative, the prayer kit gives wrong calculations and returns wrong results I tried looking up timings for Toronto, Canada with the coordinates Lat: 43.711204236148966 Lng: -79.3701104214415

Can you please have a check from develop branch? If it works for you now? Changed bunches of things. Need more test before bump a new version.

Yes same problem when finding time for ashburn USA
