Replace volcanic scaling with aerosol scaling in run_with_param.R #10

Addresses #9 . Maybe not the preferred fix, if you would like to keep the ability to adjust volcanic forcing in this function.

Thanks again for finding this! I'll merge this now, and we can add the volcanic scaling factor in later if we need it -- should be easy to do.
