Windows Installer overwrites Path Environment-Variable

After installing Xuggler on Windows (7 x64) the Path-variable contains nothing 
but the Path to Xuggler. The previous content of Path is lost.

This has also cost myself and 2 coworkers over a week trying to figure out WTF 
killed our paths.  Fixing this should be higher than Medium, IMO.

For what it's worth, I have not had this problem on Win 7 x64 SP1 with the 
32-bit Windows installer. I have noticed that Xuggler *prepends* itself to the 
path instead of appending it, which is undesired behavior IMO.

i can confirm this with win7 sp1 32bit. this really sucks. i am not excited to 
go and reconstruct my path after installing this app. :-/
