List votes by each MP on all bills #40

Further categorizing each bill and MP vote associated to it .

As a user , If I have a way to view the profile and details of a specific MP from list of MP's . I want to see which MP has advocated for which bill .

Additional feature : provide a way to view a sorted list of bills ( by number of votes) , also adding additional information about the MP's that voted for the respective bill .
