Migrate to only use javascript and remove dependancy on dj cli

New Features

• Add side panel to show table name, tags and its dependencies
• Support for compiled query for js files
• Snippets for config files and external source declarations

Bug fixes

• Error showing on the wrong line in assertion only table
• Go to definition for external sources should be inferred from the compilation graph not static source.js file in file system
