MMS problem on Milestone #68

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Disable 3g/Edge/GPRS
2. Enable "keep mms" option
3. Cant send out MMS

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
APN settings done correctly by network provider. Cant send nor receive MMS 
unless i enable 3g/Edge/GPRS. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
V2.1.3 on Motorola Milestone

Please provide any additional information below.

The same problem here on Motorola Milestone. 
None of apn switchers (including APNdroid)works.
