Blank page - 404 error #8

Love the module, but somehow it isnt working for me.

Did an auto instal, and when the customer registers, the validation email goes 
to the email account.
However, when you click on the link, it gives a 404 error, and the customer's 
account is not activated.
An example activation link that did not work is:

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Blank page with 404 error

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Presta 1.6
ver 1.2 of activation by email module

I've same probleme on presta 1.5.6.2 with 404 error on
