New Question Component #49

Upon Manual testing, found that the CreateQuiz and NewQuestion component aren't functioning as expected.

Need to re-factor and fix those.

Issue with CreateQuiz

Question Number repeats the 1st Question Twice. So, when entering a question, we have two entries for the first question.

Fixed in c8b7e16d74aa6522310552fea2c04b759dacd257
