Links such as reweet are too small #115

Hi, the links such as reweet("),@, star, are too small, especially when i 
access it from a mobile phone(iPhone or Google phone), it's easy for me to 
click the wrong button.
so could you please redesign these links, just make them a bit larger, they 
will be much nicer.

The "Big Touch" mode goes some way to improve this, have you tried that?

O, yeah, it works well on my phone

nevertheless, i hope the buttons in "Big touch" mode could be more beautiful, 
it seems 
currently only the images are scaled into larger.
