goo.gl short url support #116

Can dabr in the near future support goo.gl or other short url service other
than existing bit.ly? Bit.ly is blocked in China

consumer use.

Until Google change their policy described at http://goo.gl/ and provide an 
*official* API, we'll stick with Bit.ly - Twitter's official shortening service.
