Allow icons/images to be hosted on a different subdomain #119

If the images and other similar media are hosted on a different subdomain
then they can load marginally faster - reducing the overhead of cookie data
being sent with each request.

To investigate:
* Could the images point to the copy in SVN directly?
* How about a Google Site?

The SVN also supports https - so will work for SSL installations.
