Additional URL_SHORTER Support. ( tinyurl, is.gd, goo.gl, su.pr, aa.cx, orz.se)

These two patches give users additional choices on url shorters.

And here's the service list:

1.tinyurl.com
2.is.gd
3.goo.gl (url shorter used by Google, but there's someone spreading his 3rd 
party api, so I fork it in dabr.)
4.su.pr (stumbleupon's shorter)
5.aa.cx (a Chinese one, hosted by yourls)
6.orz.se (another Chinese one, hosted by yourls too.)

Now that all URLs go through t.co is there any need for this?
