URLs starting with Http (as opposed to http) get spurious http:// prepended #130

What are the steps to trigger the problem?
1)Look at @news_va_en's feed where all their links (oddly) start with Http://
2)Dabr (only) prepends an extra http:// to the URL

What happened?

What did you expect to happen?

Original link.

I've attached an untested patch for twitter.php
