Texts in separate file for easy translation #50

What would you like dabr to do?
It'd be nice if the phrases were moved to a separate file (like a .php
language file, or .PO/.MO files) so people can easily translate dabr and
host localized versions of dabr.

How would you prefer dabr to do it?
Moving all the texts to a php or po/mo files.

Translation is planned in the new branch / release of Dabr. Do you have a 
strong 
preference for PO/MO files or would a simple PHP file full of strings be as 
useful?

PO/MO is not very important, it's maybe just easier for some people. PHP would 
be
good too, just add new strings nicely in the bottom :)

I've already translated Dabr to Kannada Language 
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kannada) and using in my host at 
http://prasannasp.net/twitter . It was a tough job to translate in .php because 
of the logical Kannada Language.. :-)

PO/MO files would be helpful for non-technical translators.. Otherwise .php is 
good to translate..

(Kannada version of Dabr is attached with this comment.)
