Add a register page #92

What would you like dabr to do?
Add a register page so user can register twitter account on dabr directly

How would you prefer dabr to do it?
Currently there is no register API on twitter, but someone have created an
open source project to register through curl.

here's an implementation of it, i combined all the files together using the
conventions of dabr and included it in the index.php

it can be launched by manually typing in http://yourdabr/register but i'm not 
sure
where/how to call it. from the login page? on the menu?

oh - i also translated the texts to english.

No benefit in doing this now since users must visit Twitter.com to OAuth anyway.
