IE9 authentication doesn't work #403

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempt to login from flash in IE9 using the line 
Facebook.login(loggedInFb,{scope:"email,offline_access,user_likes,user_activitie
s,user_interests,user_about_me"});
2. Popup appears taking username and password and authentication
3. Enter these and confirm

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After clicking confirm the popup screen goes to a blank page and the auth.login 
event is not fired.  The popup should close itself and fire the auth.login 
event as it does in other browsers

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows IE9 with version 1.8.1
