Not working when sandbox is off #449

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set facebook sandbox option ON: Facebook.init works
2. set facebook sandbox option OFF. Facebook.init doesnt work (only works for 
developer account)
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should see login, accept permissions

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1_8_1 safari, chrome, osx

Please provide any additional information below.
It only works ok on the Developer's account (with sandbox on/off)

any idea?
