Hi, thks four your post is very usefull... I've a doubt on Q14. Im agree with the 1st answer Decisions that deliver large and broad economic benefits but why this one : Decisions unlikely to change in the short term perso I'll prefer this one Decisions that come with a high cost of delay

why do you think ?
