Fail to add plugin

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Switch to plugin tab
2.Click on add button
3.Exception occur

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It's able to add plugin in version 1.5.101

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.5.102 with Android 4.2.2

Please provide any additional information below.
Stack trace:
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/sandroproxy/AddPluginActivity
at org.sandroproxy.dd.onMenuItemClick(PluginDataSupport.java:47)

I suspect that something went wrong with build.
Looks like activity AddPluginActivity is missing. 
Will rebuild it again and make sure that it works.
