New Project addition : AICrowd Chess Challenge #335

So recently i had participated in a Competition that took place on AICrowd and we they provided us with a very unique data set to work with. It had images of chess board and we had to determine which side had the least number of pieces whether it was black or white. It was a classification task and the data set was very different from the normal data sets that we use. I think this project will be a great addition to the repository so please let me know if i can make a PR for the same.

PS - I am a GSSOC21 participant.

@ashishsahu1 a little update on the work, i am still working on it. I have my exams going on hence there is a little delay in making a PR. But it will be done by next week fir sure. @Niketkumardheeryan Please consider for this time.
