I have added the AICrowd chess challenge repository to this repository. I have made the following changes -

Added a readme for the repository
Created folders for data set and model
Data folder contains a readme file with all the information about the data and how to access it.
The Model folder contains the actual notebook and the result for the accuracy that we are using in the main readme.

Please let me know if there any changes that need to be made.
