New Project Addition : Update to AICrowd Folder

I had previously made a PR to the repository in which i had made addition of a folder names AICrowd Chess challenge. I have been participating in competitions on their portal almost regularly and i have a few models that i wish to add to it. Here are the changes that i propose -

• Changing the folder name to AICrowd Challenges - it will work as a single folder for all PRs related to AICrowd challenges.
• Addition of latest F1 Blitz project where we classify whether the image given to us contains a Mercedes AMG or RedBull Livery.
• Adding other similar competitions to the folder. Please let me know what do you think of this.
