Cannot find finetune_phrasecut_miniv.json #91

Hi I followed instruction here to download PhraseCut annotations, but the folder OpenSource (Pre-processed annotations) doesn't have the finetune_phrasecut_miniv.json, and the original annotation path PhraseCut annotations cannot be accessed. Can you help, thanks a lot!

I found finetune_phrasecut_miniv.json from #59, do you have a copy of original Phrasecut annotations?
