Not open file if path + name length mor than 1138 chars #188

I have problem - Notepad++ 7.5.1 (64bit), can not open file, if path + file name length more than 1138 chars. Example - C:\Users\XXXXX\AppData\Roaming\Notepad++\plugins\Config\NppFTP\Cache\xxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxx.xxx.xx.xxx\usr\home\xxxxxxxxxxxxx\xxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.x.xxxxxxx.xxxx\www\application\protected\modules\admin\modules\files\controllersbase\AjaxModerationControllerdddd.php. This bug ? or ....?
