As the title say: When you reconnect to a server: re-download all of the opened files.
Scenario:
You have 2 or more computers: one is desktop one is a laptop.
You work on the the same file group on both computers (.css and .js for example).
Instead of having to close every single file and reopen it, the server fetches the latest from the server.
This is especially useful when there is a deeper filepath involved
