Cant connect in 8.3.2 after update #333

Filezilla Ok, never had problems before, always simple

Reinstalled NPP 5 times, 3 different versions - tried update, tried clean install .. same result. Shutdown my machine on each install. Ran Plugin admin, uninstall/reinstall 6 times or more Followed the host instructions exactly Rest all FTPs brand new Closed all software know to use port 21

Connecting -> Quit
Unable to connect Disconnected

not latest update ..installed versions from 2019,2020,2021...same result ...must be Windows 10
