Add all of the algerian cities #15

@uibahy it seems that none of the cities are matching, see https://committers.top/algeria -- everything was removed in 51ccf4e83c50d568b26e979b196a9194f6df63de.

Can you check locally and see if you're getting the data? I've reverted it via 8357e482d484ef61072f27ed419bee9ef6c6b56a for now.
