Directory for Assignments created and populated. #61

Closes #24

An overarching /assignments directory was created. The following subdirectories were added to /assignments:

3d_chart
area_chart
bar_chart
bubble_chart
histogram
interactive_chart
map_chart
scatter_plot

These were populated with the files from the following directories, respectively:

3d_chart_assignment
area_chart_assignment
bar_chart_assignment
bubble_chart_assignment
histogram_assignment
interactive_chart_assignment
map_chart_assignment
scatter_plot_assignment

These directories were also deleted as a result of the files moving.
